Multiple dispatchers work 9-hour shifts so there is never a gap. From 6 AM to midnight on the Basic plan, or around the clock on Growth and Fleet.
No Hidden Costs
We cover our own phone and internet expenses. You pay for the service — not our overhead. Phone and internet costs are capped and absorbed by us.
No Contracts
We earn your business every month. No long-term lock-ins, no setup fees, no cancellation penalties. Discontinue at any time, at your discretion.
How We Work
What to Expect When You Sign Up
You Provide the Schedule
To get started, you share your daily driver schedule and contact information. We use that to route calls to the right person at the right time — every shift, every day.
We Handle the Calls
Our dispatchers answer under your company name and coordinate directly with your drivers. Multiple dispatchers work 9-hour shifts so coverage never lapses.
Payments Go Through Your System
All overages and cash call payments are processed through your company-provided credit card system. We coordinate collection — you stay in control of the money.
We Cover Our Own Overhead
Phone and internet costs for the dispatch center are covered by us, capped at $500 per month. No surprise line items on your invoice.
